Managing Partner

Mr. Hope Osueke is a Chartered Accountant and Legal Practitioner. He trained in Ernst & Young (an International firm of Chartered Accountants) and left the firm as a Manager to join the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. in 1989. In 1991, he was made a Partner in the firm if Babington Ashaye & Co. He left in 2002 to start the firm of Onyema Osueke & Co.

Mr. Hope also has a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Owerri and LL.B degree from the University of Lagos, and a member of the Nigerian Bar. Mr. Osueke is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and is currently a Chartered Arbitrator certified by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria).

Mr. Hope Osueke has more than two decades of accountancy practice experience. He was the Chairman of the Lagos District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria between 2002 and 2004. He is presently serving in the Research and Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He served on the Technical Committee for the review of the Syllabus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria: he reviewed the syllabus for the Principles of Auditing, Assurance, Taxation. He also served on the Ad hoc committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria for the review of the Companies and Allied Matters Act.

OLUWAYANMIFE T. AYOFE, ESQ. LL.B, BL

Associates

Ayofe is a 2012 graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2013. He has an extensive legal practice experience ranging from corporate and commercial practice, property law, company secretarial, dispute resolution among others. AYOFE is an Associate Mediator and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
